Job summary

GreenSquareAccord Limited is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative in Birmingham to join our Trades team on a permanent basis. You will perform a variety of repairs and improvements across properties, balancing workload and deadlines while prioritising safety and customer service.

The role requires experience in plumbing and carpentry, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive approach to completing tasks. DBS check may be required. We offer a supportive, community-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in both plumbing and carpentry.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to complete a DBS check if successful.

Salary: £34,500 Per Annum + Company Van, Fuel Card and power tools

Hours: Full time, 39 hours per weeks

Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Mon to Thurs – 8am to 4:30pm – Fri – 8am to 3:30 pm

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Trade Operative to join our Trades team on a permanent basis.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining our properties to a high standard, carrying out a wide range of repairs and improvements efficiently, safely and in line with current best practice and health and safety requirements.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll be expected to work professionally, respectfully and courteously with our customers while taking pride in the quality of your work.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be a skilled, self‑motivated tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and can manage your own workload effectively.

You’ll Also Bring

• Previous experience in both plumbing and carpentry
• A full UK driving licence

• Confidence using handheld electronic devices
• A strong understanding of the safe use of tools and equipment
• A willingness to complete a DBS check if successful
