Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join our team on a permanent basis, working across Bedfordshire. You will carry out plastering and multi-trade repairs in occupied and void properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

The role requires proven plastering skills and experience with reactive repairs and void properties. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a company van with fuel card is provided along with

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer and strong plastering skills.
• Experience with reactive repairs and void properties.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence and reliable communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering and multi-trade repairs in occupied and void properties.
• Complete reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard.
• Undertake void property repairs and prepare properties for re-let.
• Diagnose and resolve general maintenance issues where required.
• Work safely and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain professional standards when working in customers' homes.
• Complete paperwork and job records accurately.

Multi Trade Plasterer - Permanent

Location: Bedfordshire

Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am til 16:30pm
Salary: £37,440 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Vehicle: Company van and fuel card provided

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join our team on a permanent basis, working across Bedfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and void property repairs, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering and multi-trade repairs in occupied and void properties.
• Complete reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard.
• Undertake void property repairs and prepare properties for re-let.
• Diagnose and resolve general maintenance issues where required.
• Work safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements.
• Maintain professional standards when working in customers' homes.
• Complete paperwork and job records accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer.
• Strong plastering skills with experience in general property maintenance.
• Experience working on reactive repairs and/or void properties.
• Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.

• Full UK driving licence.
