Job summary

Build Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client’s planned maintenance team in East Birmingham, Tamworth & Coventry. You will perform plastering upgrades across tenanted properties and voids to a high standard.

Requirements include NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade, CSCS card, a full UK driving licence and the ability to undertake secondary trades. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week with overtime and regular pay.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade is required.
• CSCS Card is required.
• Facefit (this can be sorted once started).
• Experience in plastering across social housing or private.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across East Birmingham, Tamworth & Coventry.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
• Assist with basic secondary trades (e.g., floor laying, plumbing, tiling, carpentry).
• Complete bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing and damp/mould work with health and safety adherence.
• Maintain excellent customer service during visits.

About the Role:

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across East Birmingham, Tamworth & Coventry.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
• Experience in other trades to at least a basic standard, such as floor laying / plumbing / tiling / carpentry.
• Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp & mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.

Requirements:
