Job summary

Recruitment Direct is seeking 7 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for a 5-year social housing refurbishment project in Leicester. Candidates must have multi-trade experience including strip out, first and second fix plumbing, tiling and plastering.

A valid CSCS card is required, along with certs for Working at Height, Manual Handling and Asbestos Awareness. DBS clearance and Public Liability Insurance are also needed, and a driving license with vehicle insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Residential or social housing refurbishment experience required.
• CSCS card required, ideally trade-specific.
• Must obtain Working at Height, Manual Handling and Asbestos Awareness certificates.
• Public liability insurance required.
• DBS check or clear record required.
• Driving license and vehicle insurance to be provided.

Our client has recently secured a 5-year social housing refurbishment contract and urgently requires 7 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives. All candidates must have proven multi trade experience including, strip out, first and second fix plumbing, tiling, and plastering. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Residential or social housing refurbishment experience
• Must have a CSCS card – ideally trade specific
• Must be able to get an up to date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert
• Must have Public Liability Insurance
• Must have a up to date DBS or clean record to get one
• Must have a willing to provide a copy of their driving license & vehicle insurance
