Job summary

Recruitment Direct is assisting a client delivering a 5-year social housing refurbishment project in Birmingham. We urgently require 7 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives with proven capability in strip out, first and second fix plumbing, tiling and plastering.

Candidates must have residential refurbishment experience, a CSCS card, up-to-date safety certifications, Public Liability Insurance and a DBS check or clean record. Driving licence and vehicle insurance details may be requested.

Qualifications

• Residential or social housing refurbishment experience
• CSCS card – ideally trade specific
• Up to date Working at Height/Manual Handling/Asbestos Awareness Cert
• Public Liability Insurance
• DBS or clean record to get one
• Willing to provide a copy of driving licence & vehicle insurance
