Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a Worcestershire-based social housing refurbishment contractor. You will carry out full kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and refits, installations and finishing works across social housing properties.

This long-term, secure role offers £200-£250 daily, fuel allowance and diverse refurbishment projects. You must have a Blue CSCS card, own van and tools to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have solid experience as a Multi Trade Operative across kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Reliable and able to maintain consistent workmanship on social housing projects.
• Proven ability to complete full rip-outs and refits to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and refits in social housing properties.
• Perform installations and finishing works to a high standard across Worcestershire.

We are looking for an experienced Multi TradeOperative to join an established property maintenance contractor working across Worcestershire on social housing kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.

This is long-term, secure work with plenty to get stuck into, carrying out full rip-outs and refits in social housing properties.

As a Multi TradeOperative, you'll be working on full kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, including rip-outs, installations and general finishing works.
