Hightown Housing Association Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a proactive Multi-Trade Operative to join our Asset Management team. You will carry out repairs, maintenance and improvements across our housing portfolio, helping to keep homes safe and well maintained for residents.

The role requires practical trade experience, a good standard of workmanship, strong problem-solving, and excellent customer service. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
• Delivering high quality workmanship across multiple trade disciplines.
• Identifying and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
• Providing excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant standards and procedures.
• Supporting the wider Asset Management team to achieve performance and service objectives.
