Job summary

Midland Heart Ltd is seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our in-house Maintenance Team. You will maintain over 35,000 homes across the Midlands, carrying out quality repairs across occupied and empty properties with a focus on getting repairs right first time.

Your primary trade will be supported by wider multi-trade skills, enabling you to diagnose and complete a broad range of tasks from carpentry to plumbing and decorating. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience and competence within your primary trade.
• Practical skills across one or more additional trades.
• Sound understanding of site safety and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Work across occupied and empty properties delivering quality workmanship.
