Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd. is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join a housing association in Worcester. The role offers £22 per hour, 37 hours per week, with temp-to-perm potential and a company van with fuel card. You will travel between social housing properties completing reactive repairs and plumbing tasks in a supportive team.

Applicants should have a recognised plumbing qualification, strong plumbing experience, and experience in reactive maintenance. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Enjoy a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity with a company van and fuel card provided, working directly for a respected housing association in Worcester. This Multi Trade Operative role offers £22 per hour, 37 hours per week, weekly pay and CIS payment options, with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.

You’ll be working for an established housing association across the Worcester area, carrying out essential day-to-day maintenance and repairs within their social housing properties. You’ll have consistent work and everything needed to travel between jobs, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent position as a Multi Trade Operative.

I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Multi Skilled Engineer within social housing.
