AllPro Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for social housing contracts across Staffordshire and the West Midlands. You will perform a variety of repairs and refurbishment tasks in occupied and void properties, with a focus on quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have multi-trade experience, own tools and a van, and a reliable, professional approach. The role offers Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm hours, long-term ongoing work, and a weekly pay of £900-£1000 plus fuel.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry, joinery, plastering and decorating work.
• Working at height using ladders when required.

Multi-Trade Operative - Social Housing

AllPro Recruitment is looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a well-established contractor working across major social housing contracts throughout Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, skilled tradespeople looking for consistent, long-term work, competitive day rates and fuel contribution.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out a varied range of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work within occupied and void social housing properties.

Typical duties will include:

• General property repairs and maintenance
• Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
• Radiator replacements
• Repairing leaks
• Replacing taps and mixer showers
• Wall and floor tiling
• Carpentry and joinery
• Painting and decorating
• Plastering and making good
• Replacing and repairing garden posts
• Working at height and using ladders when required

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives who can work independently, complete jobs to a high standard and provide a professional service when working in tenants’ homes.

You will need:

• Previous multi-trade/property maintenance experience
• Experience working across a range of trades
• Your own tools

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday

8:00am - 4:00pm (40 hours per week)

£900-£1000 p/week + fuel
