We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join our team in Winchester.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

1. The post holder will be a mobile operative and engineer responsible for responding to and completing repairs as directed.
2. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and similar activities within domestic and other properties.
3. You will utilise all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades, along with excellent analytical skills to diagnose faults and implement remedies on the first visit whenever possible.
4. You will ensure maintenance works are completed safely according to SHE requirements, efficiently, and to a high professional standard; working flexibly, alone or within a team, and completing works within required timescales and deadlines.
5. The post holder may also be required to provide an out-of-hours service on a rota or other basis.

Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in a Multi Trader role. Experience in Social Housing is a bonus!
