Are you an experienced Multi Trade Operative looking for a new challenge? We are hiring a skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic team, working on void properties in Bracknell and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Repairs: Carry out a range of maintenance tasks on void (empty) properties.
• Refurbishment Works: Undertake general refurbishment, repair, and renovation works to ensure properties are ready for new tenants.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to all clients and maintain strong communication with property managers and team members.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role in property maintenance, particularly on void or unoccupied properties.
• Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating.
• Qualifications: Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are preferred.
• Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required.
• Attributes: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and excellent problem-solving skills.
