Who We Are

Cardo Group is a social housing property maintenance company.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Respond to and complete repairs as directed.
• Carry out maintenance, void works, and similar activities within domestic and other properties.
• Utilize your specialist trade and secondary/multi-trades skills, diagnosing faults and implementing remedies on the first visit where possible.
• Ensure maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, adhering to SHE requirements.

You will be provided with a van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• NVQ qualified (Carpentry, plastering, tiling, joinery) - not essential.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Multi Trade role.
• Experience working within social housing is beneficial.
• Voids experience in a Multi role.
