BCHA are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team working predominantly across Dorset.
You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within the Housing sector.
As a multi-trade operative you will have a trades background, ideally with skills and experience in bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling and painting and be required to work across a mix of planned and reactive maintenance.
There is a strong emphasis on customer service in these roles, as the customer is often present on site.
Due to a requirement to travel within this role, candidates must hold a full and current driving licence that is acceptable to our insurers and have the ability to drive a company van.
This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week. A van, smartphone, uniform and PPE will be provided.
