Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operative to work for a Social Housing Contractor based in West Midlands on a permanent basis offering a salary of up to 35,000. The successful Multi Trade Candidate will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs.

Location:

• Oldbury, Coventry & Birmingham - West Midlands

Working hours

• 08:00am to 17:00pm

You will be required to:

• Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades
• Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
• Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
• Optional out of hours.
• Have experience working within social housing properties.

You will be supplied with:

• Company van
• Fuel card

You must:

• Have use of a smartphone. Jobs will be supplied via an App, BYOD paid at 20.00 a month.
