Position: Multi Trade Operative (Carpentry Bias)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Birmingham

Contract: Permanent (PAYE)

Bonuses: Pension, Holiday Allowance

Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative (Carpentry Bias) based local to Birmingham to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Social Housing properties across Birmingham with some travel to Derby & Leicester.

Duties will include:

1. Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance within social housing properties across the Midlands.
2. You will be working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
3. Carpentry works will be the primary job, but you will also need to carry out basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
4. You will also be required to carry out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.

Experience/Skills required:

1. Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
2. Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
3. Driving licence is essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role.
4. You will be required to have a full DBS carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered.
5. Carpentry Qualifications would be advantageous.

Hours:
40 Hours, Full Time.
