Job Description: Multi-Trade Operative

Due to continued success and growth, we are currently looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our business, working in the Birmingham area. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance works for our customers' properties.

The Role:

• Undertaking multi-trade work such as plumbing, plastering, tiling, and carpentry in a domestic setting, using fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Attending reactive, emergency, routine repairs, and planned refurbishment jobs in void properties
• Handling repairs like broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repairs
• Participating in emergency call-outs on a rota basis

What You Need:

• NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade
• Experience in residential maintenance and repairs (advantageous)
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Motivated and able to meet individual and team targets
• Valid UK driving license
