Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for a social housing contract in Salford. You will work mainly on void properties, carrying out repairs and renovations across kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, joinery and more.

The ideal candidate will have a Full UK driving license, proven maintenance sector experience and CSCS card, with references available on request. A van and fuel card are supplied along with the role.

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract in Salford. The successful Multi-Trade Operative will have experience working on social housing and must have experience working on both kitchens and bathrooms. You will mainly be working on the void properties.
