Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. in Leicestershire seeks an experienced Multi-Trade Operative (Plastering or Carpentry Bias) to join our growing team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Leicestershire with a standard Mon-Fri 9:00–17:00 schedule and a pay rate of £34k per annum.

Applicants should have social housing experience, a driving licence with no more than 6 points, and be prepared for a DBS check prior to start. Van and fuel card are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience working in social housing environments.
• DBS check required prior to start.
• Max 6 points on driving licence (DL).

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade tasks with plastering or carpentry focus as required.
• Work on social housing projects in Leicestershire.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and site rules.
