Job summary

Novus Property Solutions, working in the Responsive Repairs division, is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to deliver high-quality joinery and multi-skilled repairs across social housing tenanted properties.

Based on-site with a team covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas, you will be part of a flexible 39-hour week with paid call-outs and a focus on keeping residents safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Joinery and multi-skilled repairs experience.
• Experience in social housing environment preferred.

Location: Site based as part of a team covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality joinery and multi skilled repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties
