Job summary

Gateway Housing Association in London is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused reactive repairs and maintenance service across social housing properties.

The postholder will work independently and as part of an in-house repairs team, carrying out a wide range of multi-trade repairs to occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, right first time, and in line with organisational standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete reactive repairs and minor planned works to a high standard, achieving "right first time" outcomes.
• Diagnose faults accurately and apply appropriate repair solutions across multiple trades.
• Work collaboratively with other operatives, supervisors, and schedulers to support service delivery.
• Maintain stock, van, and tools in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
