Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Multi Trade Operative in East London to carry out responsive plumbing and carpentry repairs across occupied and void properties. The role pays £18.22 per hour on a full-time basis, with temporary assignment.

You will diagnose faults, complete work orders within timescales, maintain safety standards, and provide excellent customer service while keeping records using handheld devices and job management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied properties.
• Plumbing or carpentry skills with ability to diagnose faults.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and maintain records.

• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken using handheld technology or job management systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are kept in good condition.
