  • Ensure equipment and vehicles are well-maintained and fit for purpose.
  • Keep the customers property clean and protect it during repairs.
  • Provide clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivatedMulti Trade Operativeto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing repairs issued to the Customer Service department swiftly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the Hill Groups reputation. You will be expected to follow all processes and procedures while keeping the Customer Serviceteam informed of progress.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
