Job description

PPM Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a multi trade operative with a background in Joinery and plumbing around the Ellesmere Port and Chester areas.

Duties Include:

1. First and second fix plumbing
2. Repair/renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring
3. Repair/renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling
4. Patch plastering
5. Installation of a shower tray, tiling of walls, and installation of a bathroom suite including WC, WHB, and mixer showers
6. Painting and decoration to a decent standard
7. Radiator installation including draining down and re-filling systems

This is a permanent position with a company van and fuel card.
