Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy maintenance team covering Dunstable and surrounding areas. You will carry out carpentry and plumbing repairs in residential properties, delivering a professional, customer-focused service. A valid UK driving licence and good communication are essential.

This is long-term, ongoing work with a van and fuel card provided, and weekly pay at £22 per hour CIS.

The Role

Day-to-Day Duties

• Carrying out general carpentry repairs
• Completing plumbing repairs
• Undertaking general maintenance and repair works within residential properties
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents

Requirements

• Previous experience working within residential properties
• Experience carrying out both carpentry and plumbing repairs
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
