Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our reactive repairs team, covering Coventry and surrounding areas. You will perform a range of trades within occupied properties, from joinery to plumbing and tiling, while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safety and quality on every job.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £35,530 for a 39-hour week, with on-target earnings up to £39,586 with bonus, overtime and call-out.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete works within occupied properties, including joinery, plumbing, tiling and more.
• Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety and quality on site while delivering responsive repairs.

The Multi Trade Operative role:

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.

With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
