Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a Multi Trade Carpenter to join our Birmingham-based painting and maintenance team. You will perform painting and minor repairs in occupied residential properties, including joinery, plumbing, plastering, flooring and tiling.

You will work with a focus on safety and compliance, ensuring documentation is completed at all stages and contributing to reliable on-site delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role.
• Experience working in residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
• Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade role, with a company van provided.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling and general repair works.
• Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.
