Sanctuary Group in Banbury is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a strong plumbing background to join our Operations Response team. You will work across Cherwell and surrounding areas, carrying out repairs and maintenance in residents' homes using multiple trades to fix leaks, install fittings and maintain properties.

Formación

• Candidates must have NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical). If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented - G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS).
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Additional skills in plumbing, carpentry or plastering with good health and safety knowledge.
• A full valid UK driving licence is required for company vehicle use.

Based at Hindle House, Banbury | Covering Banbury and surrounding areas

£37,358 - 39,324 per year

40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a strong plumbing background to join our Operations Response team in Banbury.

Working across Cherwell and the surrounding are, you'll help maintain and improve residents' homes through high-quality repairs and maintenance. From fixing leaking taps and replacing baths to fitting doors, fencing repairs and general property maintenance, no two days are the same.

The role ofMulti-Trade Operativewill include:

• Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied homes.

Skills and experiences:

• To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical. If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented - G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS). As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
• Additional skills in some of the following disciplines - plumbing, carpentry and plastering
• Working knowledge of the health and safety regulations
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
