Job summary

Catch 22 are recruiting for a Multi Trade Maintenance Operative to join a leading specialist care provider. This field-based role covers residential care homes within your region, performing reactive and planned maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable living environments for residents.

You will carry out general repairs across building trades, diagnose faults, and document work using a digital system. A full UK driving licence is essential and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or a trade.
• Good all-round maintenance knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works.
• Complete general building repairs, carpentry, plumbing and decorating tasks.
• Diagnose faults and identify practical maintenance solutions.
• Update works completed using a digital job management system.
• Liaise with colleagues and contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service.
