Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. is recruiting General Maintenance Technicians to perform a range of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in the UK.

The role is mobile and requires travel to various sites, with a 20 hours per week schedule on a temporary contract. Ideal candidates will have a Full UK driving licence, GCSEs or equivalent, and be iPad/PC literate with strong Health & Safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• iPad/PC literacy required.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance within SLAs across allocated sites.
• Work safely and follow all compliance and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with Asda site teams and City colleagues.
• Accurately update and close jobs using our Mercury platform.
• Assess and complete service call requests efficiently.
• Order and collect materials as needed for repair tasks.
