CC Cousins Ltd is hiring a Multi Trade Engineer to join our Building Fabric Team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role encompasses carpentry, roofing, brickwork, plumbing, tiling and minor repairs across varied sites, with travel required.

You will work solo or in a team, deliver work to high standards within deadlines, and follow Health & Safety regulations. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 in a trade.
• Minimum 3 years’ trade experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Work on site alone or in a team and use initiative to problem solve.
• Complete work within allocated time frames to a high standard.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations at all times.
• Travel across sites as required.
• Respond to a 7 day call-out rota as part of the role.

Salary: £180- £190 per day

About Us:

CC Cousins is a leading Facilities maintenance provider, for commercial and retail properties throughout the South of the UK. We offer a full range of FM services, large/ small projects, PPM and reactive maintenance. CC Cousins are hiring for a Multi Trade Engineer to work on a full-time permanent basis within our Building Fabric Team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience across multipule trades including:

• Carpentry
• Roofing
• Brickwork
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Minor reactive repairs i.e. toilet blocks, waste clearance.

Travel is a key part of the role with a variety of works from small reactive repairs to larger quoted jobs.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Applicants would be expected to be competent in working on their own or in a team and using their initiative to solve a problem when on site.
• Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame and to a high standard and quality.
• Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, at all times.
• You should have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in a trade
• A minimum 3 years’ trade experience.
• Must have a full UK Licence

The successful candidate would be provided with:

• All the tools and materials required
• Van and fuel card for business use only.
• Work phone.
• Full company uniform and PPE.
• This role includes a 7 day call out rota (paid on top of basic salary)
• Company medical cover (after 2 years service)

All positions are FULL TIME. Overtime available. PAYE (Monthly Pay)
