• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or equivalent skills and experience.
• Experience in a residential maintenance and repairs environment.
• Possessing a full current UK Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Undertake multi trade work, mainly painting and minor repairs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance during all work.
• Complete relevant documentation at all stages.

The Multi Traderole:

• Undertaking multi trade work - mainly painting in occupied residential properties to complete minor repair work, including joinery, plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling andgeneral repair works.
• Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
• Experience workingin residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous
• Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Traderole, with a company van provided.
