Ian Williams Ltd, based in Wrexham, is seeking a Multi Trade Carpenter to join our Capital Team. You will refurbish residential properties in the Wrexham area, focusing on kitchens and related works, while delivering a valued service to customers.

We offer a 39-hour week with a competitive salary of £35,530 and potential to earn up to £39,586 with bonuses, plus company van, fuel card, PPE, PDA, and enhanced benefits including pension, life insurance and access to counselling.

Qualifications

• Proficient health and safety awareness.
• Full UK Driving licence (required).
• NVQ 2 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Mainly carpentry (kitchen fitting) and minor plumbing/tiling in domestic settings.
• Deliver excellent customer service within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings.
• Work independently or as part of a trades team to meet targets.

Our Wrexham based Capital Team continues to grow, and we’re looking fora Multi Trade Carpenter who'll enjoydelivering a much-valued service to our customers. You’ll join our friendly, established, direct trades team working within residential properties throughout the Wrexham area, completing internal refurbishment programmes.

The Multi Trade Carpenterrole:

• The main trade is carpentry (kitchen fitting),as well as undertaking other minor works in plumbing and tiling (kitchens and ideally bathrooms), install vinyl sheet flooring, & tiling
• The ability to work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings
• Working individually and sometimes as part of a trade team whilst always working to complete targets.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter:

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Carpentry/Joinery
• Previous experience as a Multi Trade undertaking first and second fix installation works, preferably in the domestic setting, fitting kitchens
• A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge
• Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence.
