Job summary

Davies is seeking an Intermediate / Multi Track File Handler in Liverpool to manage a caseload of EL/PL claims, predominantly Intermediate/Multi Track valued £25,000–£100,000. You will assess liability and quantum, supervise juniors, draft pleadings and attend hearings as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling EL/PL Intermediate and/or Multi Track claims.
• Experience supervising or developing colleagues in a legal environment.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and client liaison skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed EL/PL caseload with Intermediate/Multi Track matters.
• Assess liability, causation and quantum with commercial advice.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and implement case strategies to optimise outcomes.
• Utilise Case Management System to progress files from instruction to conclusion.
• Draft defences, witness statements and pleadings.
• Attend hearings, trials or conferences in person or remotely.
• Meet performance targets and accurately capture MI.
• Collaborate across the business to deliver high quality services.
• Maintain SRA compliance and uphold firm values.
