Job summary

Keoghs in Bolton is seeking a Casualty NDA File Handler to manage a busy EL/PL caseload for insurance clients. The role focuses on forensic analysis, evidence review, and setting strategy for fast-track claims with potential multi-track exposure up to £100K.

You will work within a 35-hour week, on-site in Bolton, with hybrid weekly attendance. Experience in handling EL/PL files and litigation, plus strong written and verbal communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of handling a caseload of EL/PL files.
• Previous litigation experience is desirable.
• Ability to meet targets and work to client guidelines on a non-delegated basis.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of EL/PL files, reviewing evidence and setting strategy.
• Instruct Counsel/investigators/experts and draft questions for medical experts.
• Prepare and review trial bundles and costs schedules.
• Attend conferences and trials with Counsel and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
