Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for Multi Task Warehouse Operatives at our client’s site in Luton. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, data input, and cycle counts in a busy warehouse environment.

Pay rates are £13.50-£20.25 per hour. Shifts run 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, with full training provided and opportunities for overtime.

• Experience in warehouse environment.

• Willingness to follow training and procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.

A great opportunity to work as a Multi Task Warehouse Operative at our clients site in Luton Airport.

Staffline are recruiting for Multi Task Warehouse Operatives in Luton.

The rate of pay is £13.50-£20.25 per hour.

The hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

• Receiving, picking, and packing stock in a safe and efficient manner
• Completing a range of warehouse inventory
• Data input and related admin tasks
• Cycle counting of stock within the warehouse.
• Undertaking local deliveries
• Stock Put away from deliveries
• Operating in a safe manner, in accordance with training provided
• Working alongside Team Members to achieve targets and meet customer expectations.

• Good attention to detail, and an accurate way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct.
• Manual handling experience
• The quality of work is the main consideration, so a good level of attention to detail is required.
• Excellent IT skills
• Understanding the need for a high level of customer service
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team but also show initiative when required to work independently.
• Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Truck licenses would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.

Importation Information

• Right to work to attend full-time shift work pattern
• 5 years residence in UK is a requirement
• Employment is subject to successful background checks (3years) and a clear criminal record check.
