Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a busy ambient department at a well-known logistics site in Burton Latimer, near Kettering. You will work full-time on a shift pattern of 6am–2pm, 5 days out of 7, earning £12.71 per hour (increasing after 12 weeks).

Full training provided and free on-site parking. Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not essential; the company offers overtime opportunities and potential temp-to-perm progression.

Job description

Warehouse Operative for our client's well-known logistics site, working in the Ambient department.

Burton Latimer, Kettering.

The rate of pay is

£12.71 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks of service!

This is a full-time role working

any 5 days out of 7 and the hours of work are:

- 6am to 2pm

Due to the shift patterns and hours this role would not be suitable for students or part-time workers.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:

• LLOP picking
• Order picking.
• Picking a vast range of products that can include Alcohol or Meat.

What we're looking for:

• Physically fit, able to do manual handling and have stamina.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Fully flexible.
• A good level of English is required.
• Over 18 years

Previous LLOP experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Warehouse experience is required.
