Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives at our client’s main distribution centre in Wellingborough. The role offers fixed shifts with full and part-time options and a pay rate of £13.50 per hour, with overtime paid at £24.30 per hour. The work includes picking and packing, driving PPT/LLOP, and meeting KPIs.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, prepared for heavy lifting up to 20kg, and have support from on-site Staffline. Training is provided and there is a temp-to-perm pathway.

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's main distribution centre for home and furniture products.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Wellingborough.

The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £24.30 per hour.

This role offers both full and part time positions, working fixed shifts. The hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 10am to 2pm
• 2pm to 6pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

• Driving PPT / LLOP
• Generic warehouse duties
• Picking and packing
• Ability to lift up to 20kg
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Work efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets, both independently and as part of a wider team
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all safe systems of work, standard operating procedures and hygiene requirements

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker must be physically fit as the job is demanding, with some manual handling and heavy lifting up to 20KG.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
