Thirteen seeks a Multi Skilled Trade Operative to refurbish empty homes across the Tees Valley. You will perform repairs in your main trade and supplementary trades, ensuring readiness for new customers swiftly and to high standards.
With a fixed 8.30am–4.30pm/ Fridays 8.30am–4pm schedule, you’ll join a team that values safety, quality, and customer outcomes. A van, fuel card, tools, and PPE are provided.
Are you a qualified trade looking for a role where your skills make a difference? We’re on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Trade Operative (internally known as Multi Trade Operative) to join our Empty Homes team working across the Tees Valley.
As part of our in-house team, you’ll carry out a range of repairs and refurbishment works, helping us transform empty properties into quality homes, ready for customers.
If you have NVQ Level 3 in your base trade and experience in at least one other trade, we want to hear from you.
