Job summary

Thirteen Group is recruiting a Multi Skilled Trade Operative to join the Empty Homes team across the Tees Valley. You’ll perform repairs and refurbishments with NVQ Level 3 in your base trade and experience in at least one other trade, such as joinery or plumbing.

A full UK driving licence is required. We offer a competitive salary of £37,937 per year, a premium for callouts, generous holiday leave, a pension, health cover, and access to discounts.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in your base trade and experience in at least one other trade.
• NVQ Level 3 plus multi-trade experience preferred in Joinery or Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare empty properties to high standards for new customers.
• Carry out repairs across trades and ensure right-first-time quality.
• Support workload planning and deliver efficient refurbishment works.
