Job summary

Thirteen is recruiting a Multi Skilled Trade Operative to transform empty homes in the Tees Valley. You will perform repairs across your skilled trades and related trades to prepare properties for customers, aiming for high-quality work and efficiency.

Requirements include NVQ Level 3 in your main trade, experience in another trade, and a full UK driving licence. You will work with planned tasks, enjoy a fixed shift pattern, and benefit from a company van, health benefits, and a supportive team

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in main trade is required.
Experience in other trades such as joinery, plumbing, plastering/tiling, brickwork, decorating, fencing, roofing or drainage is preferred.
Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
Comfortable with digital devices and job allocation tools.

Responsibilities

Support the Empty Homes team to prepare properties to high standards for new customers.
Carry out repairs across your main trade and secondary trade areas.
Deliver high-quality work with a focus on right-first-time completion.
Jobs are planned by Work Planners; maintain steady, quality workmanship.
Fixed shift pattern with generous hours and company van, fuel card, tools and PPE provided.
