Community Gateway Association currently seeks a Multi-Skilled Technician (Plastering) to join our Asset Management team in Preston. The role focuses on plastering across 7,000 homes, with a CGA van provided to reach sites quickly and safely.
You will carry out both planned and responsive maintenance, collaborate with other trades, and uphold health and safety standards. A full manual driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in plastering are essential.

37 hours per week, based in Preston
£35,658.37 per annum (£18.48 per hour)
You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won’t have to travel far. You’ll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.
We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do. We are looking for a team player with qualifications and experience in all aspects of plastering, who also has the ability to carry out other trade roles such as basic plumbing and tiling. You’ll need a full manual driving licence as you’ll be working all over Preston in our communities.
