Job summary

Community Gateway Association currently seeks a Multi-Skilled Technician (Plastering) to join our Asset Management team in Preston. The role focuses on plastering across 7,000 homes, with a CGA van provided to reach sites quickly and safely.

You will carry out both planned and responsive maintenance, collaborate with other trades, and uphold health and safety standards. A full manual driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in plastering are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 plastering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and responsive plastering maintenance across properties.
• Work across Preston using CGA van to travel to sites.
• Support other trades such as basic plumbing and tiling when needed.
• Commit to high-quality finishes and safety compliance.
