Community Gateway Association in Preston is seeking a Surveyor - Stock Condition to join our Asset Management team. You will carry out surveys and inspections of our housing stock across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble, ensuring standards and regulatory requirements are met, with a focus on stock condition, HHSRS and Decent Homes.
The role requires a driving licence, experience surveying housing stock, knowledge of Decent Homes and related standards, and strong communication to support asset

£40,458.69 per annum
You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble.
The overall purpose of this role is to undertake surveys and inspections to Community Gateway housing stock, ensuring standards and regulatory requirements are fully met, with specific focus on stock condition, HHSRS and Decent Homes.
