Job summary

TXM Recruit are seeking a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our client’s operations team in North West London. The role covers mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance, with a focus on PPMs, alarm response, and coordinating subcontractors.

The position offers a competitive salary (£42,024 per year), enhanced overtime, a 25-day holiday allowance plus bank holidays, and an annual bonus (up to 4%).

Qualifications

• Time served in Electrical, Mechanical or Fabric disciplines (minimum 3 years).
• City & Guilds Part 1-2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara.
• Respond promptly to building alarms via helpdesk or BMS and escalate where required.
• Manage reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM system and meet SLA targets.
• Liaise closely with Supervisor, technical admin, and service delivery teams.
• Escort/coordinate subcontractors during maintenance visits.
• Participate in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance.

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our client's operations team, responsible for mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance at a site based in North West London

Competitive Salary -£42,024.00 per annum

25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings

Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out)

As Multi Skilled Shift Engineer, you will:

• Manage reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM system and meet SLA targets

Working hours / Shift pattern:

• Mon - Fri 40 hours per week
• Call out rota 1 in 5
