Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Senior Multi Skilled Shift Engineer for a site in North West London. The role covers mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance with a focus on reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities include executing PPM with Ostara, responding to alarms, coordinating reactive tasks in CAFM, and supporting projects while liaising with the team. Salary is competitive with enhanced overtime and annual bonus schemes.

Qualifications

• Time served in Electrical or Mechanical or Fabric disciplines (minimum 3 years).
• City & Guilds Parts I & II or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara.
• Respond promptly to building alarms (via helpdesk or BMS) and escalating where required.
• Manage reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM system and meet SLA targets.
• Liaise closely with Supervisor, technical admin, and service delivery teams.
• Escort/coordinate subcontractors during maintenance visits.
• Participate in minor engineering projects and reactive maintenance.

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our client's operations team, responsible for mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance at a site based in North West London
