Your Talent And Skills

To be successful in this role, you have completed a recognised time-served apprenticeship, preferably with reliability experience, and hold a multi-skilled qualification. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography and oil analysis being advantageous. You have a working knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean manufacturing tools and techniques, and demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges. Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. A sound knowledge and practical understanding of Health and Safety legislation and statutory requirements is desirable, although full training and support will be provided.

We operate plant and equipment from various suppliers including Krones, Bertolaso, MBF, Makro, P.E, Bortolinkemo and Logics & Controls. If coming from a background in the whisky industry or other manufacturing environments, we'd like to hear more about the type and manufacturer of equipment that you have experience of working on.

Whilst it is advantageous to have experience with the above equipment, we will provide all necessary training.

We've put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don't worry if your experience and expertise isn't an exact match. If you feel that you can add value to our role and to Edrington more broadly, we would welcome your application and be eager to learn more about you.
