About The Role

  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, risk assessments and safe working practices.
  • Maximise productivity, minimise waste and effectively manage van stock.
  • Work flexibly across a 40-hour week, maintaining punctuality and customer appointments.
  • Collaborate with managers, colleagues and stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records using mobile devices and company systems.
  • Identify and report safeguarding concerns and contribute to continuous service improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
  • Competence in painting and decorating (core trade), plus plumbing, plastering, joinery and tiling.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work safely, accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Why join us?

We know that great services start with great people. That’s why we’re committed to creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported, valued and able to grow. Alongside meaningful work and opportunities to develop, you’ll also benefit from:

  • 27 days’ annual leave when you join us, rising to 30 days after three years’ service, plus UK bank holidays
  • the option to buy or sell annual leave through our holiday scheme
  • a genuine approach to agile and flexible working, dependent on the role
