Job summary

One Manchester Limited is seeking a permanent Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our Repairs Team in Manchester. You’ll deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across our properties, focusing on right-first-time outcomes while working a 40-hour week.

The role requires trade qualifications, strong plumbing skills, and customer-facing experience. You’ll travel to jobs in a company vehicle, maintain records on mobile devices, and contribute to service improvements while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Strong core plumbing skills with plastering/joinery/tiling.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to record and manage work activities electronically.

Responsibilities

About the role

You’ll support the RepairsTeam to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance with a strong focus on customer service and a "Right First Time" approach, completing repairs in one visit wherever possible. You'll carry out a wide range of repair, refurbishment, renewal and maintenance work across One Manchester properties, including occupied and void homes, travelling directly to jobs using a company vehicle.
