One Manchester Limited is seeking an Asset Manager to lead the Assets Team by delivering asset and climate strategies that support the housing stock and regulatory standards.
You will develop long-term investment plans, manage data, conduct appraisals, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with customers and consultants to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.

You’ll support t he Assets Team byleading Asset Management and Sustainability at One Manchester by developing and delivering effective asset and climate change strategies. Ensure housing assets support the organisation's business plan, meet statutory and regulatory requirements, maintain decent homes standards, improve energy performance, and provide high-quality homes for customers.
